We will be your one point of contact to you (the landlord) and pay the rent. The main thing that separates us from a regular tenant is that there is no tenant rights, this means if we damage the property or do not pay the rent, we can be evicted within 21 days, this is a lot faster than removing a normal tenant on an AST contract. Our serviced accommodation properties are always kept in excellent condition and are professionally cleaned on a regular basis.
We have a mix of people that stay at our properties, the most common types of guests are working/business professionals, contractors, and relocators. We have a vetting process in place where a member of our team will call the guest to introduce them to the property and ask them some questions about their purpose of staying there.
We handle all types of calls from our guests. If they have a simple problem like not knowing the Wi-Fi password, or something more serious like a water leak, a member of our team will be there to answer the call and respond to the problem appropriately. This allows the landlords we work with to have more time and not worry about the property.
